If you live outside Norway you MUST pay with a credit card when you order. When you do that you also pay for shipping, unless the order is heavier than 3kg. In those cases we will have to charge extra, and it will at least double the shipping cost. For example a package to the USA weighing 7kg will cost NOK 800 to ship.
